I am working an all nighter. Fun for me. So I am contemplating and pondering. When was the last time you actually started a thought or ponder from beginning to end/ It is something I do now. My new pondering is this. What is real? I know very general, but very deep. So here are some of my thoughts. Real can me relative. Maybe that is my thinking within a metaphysical framework of my of my life and my experience. A part of the definition of metaphysics is understanding our existence, space and possibilities. This is also a little science involved. So for a few days, think about what is real, on a scientific level and give me thoughts.
Another pondering is, what should each of us do to be good and wise? This again seems to fall into the, what is relative to you as a person. What life experiences have taught you. Ethics is a theory of moral standards. We each have them. What do we base this on. Did you learn some from your upbringing and then build upon that? The world is so vast and their is so much to learn. Our morals define what we have become and how we look at the world. Some of what the world has to offer is amazing and wonderful and then the down side is there is so much terrible out their.
It makes me very grateful for the gospel and family. Love to all

Need to share. As I sat through CJ Rhineer's farwell from this existence to the next, I had so many thought's. He is one of God's Strippling Warriours and now has returned to his Father in Heaven. I asked myself so many times through these painful days, "WHY" This must be one of the most unanswered questions we ask ourselves in time of pain, anquish and desperation. I know why, because God is in charge and he knows best. As the casket was rolled in i hurt for his mom, wife, 5 brothers, 1 sister, 17 nieces and nephews. It is such a tragedy to us left behind.
ReplyDeleteAlma 40:11-12 says Now, concerning the state of the soul between death and the resurrrection, Behold, it has been made known unto me by an angel, that the spirts of all men, as soon as they are departed from this mortal body, yea, the spirts of all mem, wheter they be good or evil, are taken home to that God who gave them life.
And then shall it come to pass, that the spirits of those who are rigteous are received into a state of happiness. which is called paradise, a state of rest, a state of peace, where they shall rest from all their troubles and from all care and sorrow. This gives me great comfort to know that there is a life beyond this and that I will not have to worry about the average hours I work a pay check. (105 hours) I will see God and his son Jesus Christ again. That while I continue to toll on this earth my grandma is busy doing things she was limted on this earth to do. That the many ancestors I try to find and read about are all up there doing what they need to.
So many wonderful things where said about CJ. My thought is this. We live our lives so daily and how often do we tell those who mean the most to us what we feel for them.
To Tyler I say, you have been an example to me as well as to your younger siblings. You are the big brother I never had. You have kept me anchored in ways you little understand now. You have taught me great lesson in the gospel. To AShley I say you are the best thing for Tyler and I will always remember how your feet would not hold still on that dancing floor in Oak Cit. Happy Feet have nothing on you. You are such a wonderful mom and I am so proud of you. To Brooke I say how totally proud I am of you for being so diligent to take care of yourself physcially so you can be a mom and raise noble souls. Nobody but you and God understands the sarifices you make every single day of your life to have your body be the healthiest it can be. You are a hero to me, and thanks for checking out my fridge. It likes you alot. You are so beautiful. To Jason I say , thank you for loving Brooke and being persisitent. You love her and I know that. You are always kind to me and fair minded and I am proud of you and your kindness. You are a faithful priesthood holder and that means the world to me and your family. I am proud of you. To Heather I say, you are a good example to any one who meets you and very ambitious. You getter done and move on. You endure with a smile on your face. You love me with all my flaws. I need that. Thanks for making me excersise. I am proud of you and you are beautiful. To Travis I say, you are a diligent man and honor your preisthood and I am grateful for that. You work hard to make a living for your family and your boys are blessed to have you as priesthood example. I am proud of you. To Josh, I say with a sigh, wow, you are such a man and have changed so much and are so good. You scared me when you where young and i worried alooooooot. Tyler would say at this point, Mom, have you no faith in me? I do have faith in you Josh and I am so proud. I will always be eternally grateful for the last four years at home we grew so close. We could through rocks at each other and then throw them togeter, metaphorically speaking. I know you have my back. To Chantel, I say, thanks for not judgeing me on the day we meet. Not such a good start, but you never loved me less and that was a hard time for me and I am grateful you and josh where there for me. You are an awesome mom and I know you love Josh. You are so beautiful To Katelyn, Ethan, Lincoln, Corbyn, Ty, Jay, Lauren, Cammie, and Briella and little snow angel. Thank you for letting me be your MaiMai. You are such perfection to me. and I love each of you more than you can ever imagine. I love you more than mommy and daddy, Don't tell them, they will not agree. I pray for alllll of you and hope you allll stay safe from harm or accident. I would be heart broken if anything happened to you. I need and love alll of you so much and I needed you each to know that. Thanks for your love and prayers. I am supppose to be the example and yet you are the examples to be and I am blessed to have each and everyone of your in my life. Thanks all
